            The above-captioned matter was consolidated for hearing with Docket #FIC 94-299, David B. Rozwaski v. Manager of Financial Services, New Haven Business Development Department, and scheduled to be heard as a contested case on March 30, 1995, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared and agreed to attempt to resolve the matters between themselves.  Subsequently, the complainant by letter dated July 14, 1995, informed the Commission that the matters had been resolved and that there was no need to pursue his complaints.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaints:

 

            1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
