                The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on January 3, 1995, at which time the respondent appeared, but the complainant failed to appear to prosecute his complaint.  Docket #FIC 94-210, William F. Lockery, Sr. v. East Haven Town Council Public Services, Park and Recreation Subcommittee, was consolidated for hearing with the above-captioned matter.

 

                The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

                1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
