            The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be considered for consolidation with Docket #FIC 94-252, Craig W. Baggott, David Fink and The Hartford Courant v. Chief of Police, Middlebury Police Department for purposes of hearing on October 13, 1994, at which time the complainants appeared and stated that they wished to withdraw their complaint.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

            1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
