The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on May 24, 1993, at which time the complainants and the respondent appeared.
At the hearing in this matter the complainants agreed that their request for records was limited to all 1992 arbitration award decisions issued, including the names of arbitrators, and the respondent agreed to provide those records.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
