            The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on April 14 and May 19, 1993, at which times both the complainants and the respondent appeared and entered into an agreement in settlement of the complaint.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

            1.  Based upon the parties' representations that this matter has been satisfactorily resolved, the complaint is hereby dismissed.
