                        Respondents                 July 28, 1993

 

            The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on March 26, 1993, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared and stipulated that the case would be continued until May 26, 1993.  The parties also stipulated that unless the Commission received a request to reopen the hearing by May 26, 1993, the case would be deemed withdrawn by the complainant.  No request to reopen the case has been filed with the Commission.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

            1.         The complaint is dismissed.
