heard as a contested case on March 9, 1993, at which time the respondent
appeared, but the complainant failed to appear to prosecute his complaint.
The following order by the
Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the
above-captioned complaint.
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
2. The Commission notes that the complainant's failure to appear to
prosecute his complaint without notice to the respondent or the Commission
resulted in the unnecessary and unfortunate waste of state and local resources,
which waste is not condoned by this Commission.
