The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on December 9, 1992, at which time the respondent appeared but the complainant failed to appear to prosecute his complaint. The Commission issued a Report of Hearing Officer recommending dismissal of the case, which was considered at the Commission's January 13, 1993 regular meeting. At the request of the complainant at that meeting, the Commission reopened the case and scheduled another hearing for February 10, 1993. By letter dated February 5, 1993, the complainant notified the Commission that he had reached a satifisfactory resolution of his complaint, and asked that it be withdrawn.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is dismissed.
