            The above-captioned matter was scheduled for hearing as a contested case on January 4, 1993, at which time neither the complainant nor the respondent appeared.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

            1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed with prejudice for failure to prosecute the complaint.

 

            2.  The Commission notes that the complainant and the respondent should have, as a common courtesy, contacted the Commission to inform it of their desire not to proceed with the complaint.
