The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on November 9, 1992, at which time the complainant appeared and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. The complainant also indicated that good faith negotiations to settle the case were in progress at that time. In accordance with the hearing officer's request, the complainant thereafter contacted this Commission to indicate that the respondent had complied with the complainant's request and to withdraw the complaint.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
