The above-captioned matter was scheduled for hearing as a contested case on March 5, 1992, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared.
At the hearing on this matter the respondent provided the complainant with all of the requested documents contained in its files. Having found the tender of compliance to be satisfactory, the complainant declined to prosecute his complaint.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
