The above-captioned matter was scheduled for hearing as a contested case on February 24, 1992, at which time the respondent appeared but the complainants failed to appear.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute.
2. The Commission notes that the complainants should have, as a common courtesy, contacted the Commission and the respondent and informed them of their desire not to prosecute the complaint.
