            The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on June 11, 1990, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony and exhibits on the complaint.

 

            During the hearing the complainant indicated that he did not wish to press his request for his medical records.  Subsequently on June 12, 1990, he filed a letter with the respondent rescinding his request for his medical file.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.

 

            1.         The complaint is hereby dismissed.
