            The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on April 2, 1990, at which time the respondent appeared but the complainants did not appear to prosecute their complaint.  The above-captioned matter was consolidated for hearing with docket #FIC 89-435, Rebecca Thomas and The Register-Citizen v. Town of Canaan-Falls Village Board of Finance.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended

on the basis of the record concerning the above captioned complaint:

 

            1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute.
