            The above-captioned matter was scheduled for hearing on October 6, 1989, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared.  Prior to the presentation of evidence in this matter the parties reached an agreement that the requested records will be provided by the respondent.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.

 

            1.         The complaint is hereby dismissed.
