The above-captioned matter was scheduled for hearing on December 8, 1988, at which time the parties conferred regarding settlement of the complaint. After this conference, the matter was continued to December 15, 1988. Prior to that date, the complainant withdrew her complaint.

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.

1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
