The above‑captioned matter was heard as a contested case on September 13, 1988, at which time the complainants and the respondent appeared and reached a settlement of their dispute. Among other settlement provisions, the parties agreed to have a Commission staff attorney hold a workshop for the respondent on the topic of executive sessions.

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above‑captioned complaint:

1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
