The above-captioned matter was scheduled for hearing on December 16, 1988. It was continued to March 1, 1988, at which time the parties presented a stipulation to be entered on the record concerning notification of the complainants with respect to special meetings.

The parties agreed that the respondent board of education will provide the same notice to Kim Hirsch or her successor, or the state editor of the New Haven Register, Lynne DeLucia, as they provide to members of the board.

After consideration of the entire record, the following facts are found:

1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
